In order to refund an electronic ticket and a ticket with delayed printing:- Log into "My Agent".
- Choose "Ticket Refund" option.
- For an e-ticket - indicate passengers for ticket cancellation. For a ticket with delayed printing - order will be delayed completely.
- Press "Calculate Refund Amount" button*.
- Confirm ticket cancellation.
Funds will be returned to the agent's balance.
In order to refund an electronic ticket at the railway box office you need:- Return the received travel document at the ticket return office. Funds will be returned to the agent's balance.
In order to refund a ticket with delayed printing at the railway box office you need:- Exchange the ticket with delayed printing for a travel document of strict accountability of the Ukrzaliznytsia;
- Return the received travel document at the ticket return office and receive funds on the agent's balance.
Attention! In order to return a train ticket at the railway box office, you need to present an ID document (passport, military identification card, driver's license, student ID card, membership ID card) to the cashier. The cashier will tell you the refund amount for the returned ticket*.
*Refund amount of a train ticket is calculated with the provision of fines defined by Ukrzaliznytsia according to the Refund Rules of Ukrzaliznytsia.
