How to transport a stroller and a bicycle?
According to the rules of Ukrzaliznytsia passenger may transport disassembled and packed baby strollers and bicycles (not more than one per passenger) in carry-on baggage free of charge, in case the dimension of stoller and bycicle do not exceed free baggage allowance.
Free baggage allowance is baggage which size does not exceed 200 cm by the amount of three dimensions (length + height + width) and weight not more than 36 kg. In case of exceeding the free baggage allowance, passenger needs to purchase baggage receipt or additional seat in the car.
Baby strollers and bicycles may be placed on the designated areas for carry-on baggage in the car. Such areas are overhead compartments (in the third class sleeping cars), pillow boxes (in the first and the second class sleeping cars).
