Electronic baggage receipt
You need to order an electronic baggage receipt if:
- the size of your baggage exceeds the norms of free baggage allowance* and there is a need to pay for its excess,
- you want to transport a pet animal or bird,
- you want to transport equipment.
Baggage receipt is issued during ticket purchase on the Content Travel Network website.
The ticket price, which is calculated with reference to the baggage receipt, will be displayed on the payment page upon reservation.
After payment, the baggage information which you entered will be delivered directly to Ukrzaliznytsia. You are provided with a 16-digit code needed for the ticket exchange at the railway booking office. The cashier will print out both the baggage receipt and the ticket.
