How you can buy a train ticket?
In order to purchase a train ticket, you need to:
- Enter points of departure and destination, the date of travel. Press "Search" button;
- Select the needed train on the search results page;
- Choose the desired seats on the train seating plan;
- Set service fee;
- Enter passenger details or download them from the list;
- Select the type of ticket, enter passenger details;
- Pay for the ticket (booking) within 25 minutes. Please note that on the expiry of this period, the booking will be automatically cancelled.
- The presence of the “Electronic ticket” text above the train number on the search results page means that you may buy an electronic ticket for this train. Unlike a ticket with deferred printing, it is a full travel document and does not need to be exchanged at the ticket office.
- When purchasing the round-trip tickets an order can be issued only for one passenger.
