Child under the age of 6 who doesn't occupy a separate seat travels
with an adult for free. When there travel 2 or more children under 6 years of age,
only one child has the right of free passage, and the others must buy
tickets.
Child aged 6 to 14 must travel with a child
travel document. Usually, the discount on a child’s train ticket is 25%
of the standard ticket. You may find out the
precise cost of the ticket if you press the “Continue” button – funds
from your account will not be charged.
If you travel with a child
under 14 years, you need to take a document which
confirms the child’s age – a birth certificate (passport or child’s travel
document). It may be either the original or a notarized copy.
On international routes, child discount is provided only for
children aged 5 to 10.
