What are the tariff types?
Depending on whether the booking was confirmed, there are two types of tariffs:
- on-request rooms – the hotel either confirms the booking within 14 hours or denies it if there are no available rooms;
- rooms with instant confirmation – the customer immediately receives a Booking Confirmation.
A tariff may also be either refundable or nonrefundable.
If refundable, the reservation may be canceled without penalties before a certain date – that is, a client is refunded the full price of a room.
If a booking was made under a nonrefundable tariff, a refund is not possible when the booking is canceled.
