You may cancel your booking in
"My agent" section upon login.
In the tab "Hotels," please select the corresponding booking and click on the button
"Cancel booking."
You will receive a cancellation letter which will contain the price of
cancellation, if it is provided by the hotel rules, and other details.
Please note that cancellation is made according to the rules applicable to the booking.
Possible conditions of a prepaid booking cancellation:- Free cancellation – the full amount paid for the booking is returned to the card which was charged (if the card hasn't been charged yet, there will be no refund).
- Cancellation penalties – the booking price is returned with the penalty amount subtracted. The refund period is up to 30 business days.
- The price is not refunded – the hotel withholds the whole price of a room.
