What if a customer needs an early check-in?
Each hotel sets its own check-in time; it is usually possible to check in after 14:00.
If you need to check in before the standard check-in hours, there are a few ways to request an early check-in (depending on the provider):- follow the link in your Booking Confirmation,
- contact the hotel,
- contact our Support Team.
Certain hotels apply a surcharge to an early check-in.
If the hotel doesn't provide an early check-in option, you may leave your luggage in a free left luggage office, which works at most of the hotels.
