According to the Law of Ukraine “On Electronic Documents and Electronic
Circulation of Documents”, a printed e-policy has the same force and
effect as the original.
All embassies, consulates, and visa
centers located in Ukraine are aware of the lawfulness of the
e-insurance policy use. However, you may be asked to present a policy
with a seal. Please note that the absence of such document
does not provide grounds for visa denial of visa application denial.
To get a stamp on your e-insurance policy, please contact the office of the insurance company near you.
Additionally,
when booking a flight along with the insurance you are planning to use
to apply for a visa, you may order a policy with a seal. It will be sent to you via the Ukrainian state postal service
“Ukrposhta” within 3–5 days.
