If you cancel an insurance policy purchased via
Content Travel Network, you will receive a full refund only if the policy hasn’t come into effect yet.
To cancel an insurance
that hasn’t come into effect, please
- Log into “My agent” and select the “My orders” tab.
- Select “Insurance” and click on the insurance you want to cancel.
- Select “Make a refund”. Enter buyer information.
- Click “Make a refund”. You will receive the refund via the same method you used to pay for the insurance.
Depending on the payment method, the calculation of the refund amount and its processing may take
3–10 days of the moment you leave the refund application.
To cancel an insurance policy that has already come into effect, contact the insurance company directly.
