1. For travel by electric trains of AEROEXPRESS LLC, the passenger is obliged to:
- Purchase a one-way ticket or season ticket in set form;
- Keep
the purchased travel document (ticket) during the whole trip by train
until getting off the train at the checkpoint of travel documents
(tickets). The passenger who failed to present his/her travel document
at the checkpoint, is considered to be without tickets and is obliged to
pay full fare ticket cost;
- Present his/her travel document (ticket) to persons carrying out control, such as ticket collectors (train attendants);
- Present
his/her documents confirming the right to concession (if the passenger
is entitled to it) when there is control of travel documents (tickets)
in the train.
2. Passenger has the
right to purchase a travel document (ticket) during the trip (if this
service is available when travelling) and pay for the service of travel
document (ticket) issuance in electric trains of AEROEXPRESS LLC
according to the applicable tariff.
3. One-way
travel document (ticket) is valid for a one-way single trip in
accordance with the date indicated in the ticket. If the validity date
of a travel document (ticket) expires when the passenger is on travel,
the travel document (ticket) is considered to be valid until the
passenger arrives at his/her destination.
4. Passenger
is entitled to transport for free children aged 5 (five) to 7 (seven).
Children’s tickets are purchased in the day of a trip when children aged
5 (five) to 7 (seven) are travelling with the passenger. If there are
any doubts regarding the age of children travelling for free with
children’s tickets, the ticket collector (train attendant) is entitled
to require the submission of relevant documents confirming the child’s
age.
5. One-way or season tickets
(including “Day off” season ticket), issued by other carriers of local
communication, are deemed as invalid in trains of AEROEXPRESS LLC.
When presenting such tickets, the passenger is considered to be without
tickets and he/she is to pay for full fare ticket according to the set
tariff for this type of transportation.
6. Passenger
has the right to take one seat per ticket. If the seats are
unavailable, it is allowed to travel standing, but the ticket fare cost
does not change.
7. Issuance
of travel train document (ticket) for the person who has the right to
concessionary tickets or free travel is carried out upon the Order
developed in accordance with the applicable legislation of the Russian
Federation.
