To get the compensation of expenses which you paid yourself, it is required within 15 days upon your return to the country of permanent residence to contact the insurance company and provide it with the following documents:
- application for insurance compensation,
- international passport (or child passport) with entry seals and identification code.
In the event of insurance accident related to medical expenses occurrence, you are required to provide the following documents:
- bill from the hospital,
- medical/doctor's certificate,
- doctor's prescriptions for purchasing medicines,
- documents confirming the payment for provided medical services and medicine,
- child's birth certificate if the accident occurred to him/her.
In the event of luggage loss or damage, you required to provide the following documents:
- luggage loss or damage certificate issued at Lost and Found service or another service,
- documents confirming the amount of loss,
- customs declaration of luggage loss or damage.
The above listed documents may be provided in Russian or English languages.
