Some changes in booking can be surcharged. In that case, after we
receive your application for changes, we will send to your email a
surcharge bill.
How to pay a surcharge on changes?- Log into “My Agent”
- Go to the “Flight Tickets” – “Booking #” – “Edit order” – “Surcharge.”
You
must pay the surcharge before the expiry date specified in the email.
If you have not paid before expiry date, make a repeat request for
changes.
