For flights to China and Russian cities of Norilsk and Dudinka, the airline companies must provide additional information on their passengers to the governments of the countries.

That is why we request scans of the required documents from passengers for the above-listed destinations.

How to enter visa and other data in the booking?

To enter visa data in the booking, go to "My Agent"–"Flight Tickets"–"Booking #"–"Edit order"–"Add Visa Details." For more details, please follow this link.

When passenger goes to China, please enter his/her visa details in the booking. If passenger heads for Tibet, he/she will also need a special permission to enter the region, which he/she must obtain in advance in the Embassy of the PRC.

For transit flights through some countries, passenger must have a transit (or other) visa of the respective country. For more details, please contact the visa centers of the corresponding countries.

All citizens who do not have Russian citizenship and are going to Norilsk and Dudinka, Russia, are required to have a special permission from the local authorities. To apply, passenger must contact the Department of Work with the Representative Governmental Bodies and Media of the Administration of Norilsk (address: Leninsky avenue, 26, Norilsk, Russia, 663300).

Please note!

• Please enter the required data no later than 72 hours before departure. If you are booking a ticket less than 72 hours before departure, please provide your details to the Customer Support agent.
• If you do not know the required information before the flight, the check-in and passport control may be problematic or impossible.
• If we arenot able to issue passenger's ticket without mandatory additional information, we will contact you. If you refuse to provide the additional information, your booking will be canceled. The refund will be processed in accordance with the fare rules.
• Passenger is responsible for complying with the rules of crossing the border, correct details of visa and other documents. The expiry date of passenger's passport must comply with the requirements of the destination countries.
