If the changes in flight time or departure/arrival terminal make
connection impossible, we send you email about the changes and offer (if
available) an alternative flight or the flight offered by the airline.
You must choose: either accept the alternative flight or cancel the
trip.
In the case of trip cancellation, the
full ticket refund is made (except payment system markup) for all
cancelled segments, if it is allowed by rules of the airline company.To
confirm your acceptance of the flight change, log into
“My Agent”–“Flight Tickets”–“Booking #”–“Edit order”–“Change Date/Route”. The new alternative flight will be displayed on the page.
If you accept it, press “Confirm”. We will send the updated itinerary
receipt to your email.
If you want to cancel the trip, log into
“My Agent”–“Flight Tickets”–“Booking #”–“Edit order”–“Ticket refund” and apply refund request.
