By default, there is a recommended service fee set in the Content Travel Network system. The agent, however, has an option to change it to a higher, as well as lower, down to the zero, level.

How to change the amount of service fee for a separate ticket?

1. Log into "Your agent" on the Content Travel Network site.
2. In the search field on the home page of  "My agent," enter details which are needed for search of the service.
3. Click on the button "Search."
4. From search results, choose the desired option. Click on the button "Select."
5. The system will redirect you to the booking page. On the top of page, there will show up the "Settings" option. Click on it.
6. In the window which will open, please enter amount of service fee which you would like to set for the booking.
7. Click on the button "Set up."

The service fee has been changed. The new amount of service fee will be displayed in the booking price.
