To cancel your booking online, please
- Log into the site and enter “My Agent” – “My orders” – "Flight tickets" – "Booking #" – “Edit order”;
- Select the passenger/booking that you wish to cancel and the reason;
- Attach the required documents which will be listed after you select the refund reason;
- Click “Send request.”
Within
72 hours we'll inform you of consideration of your request via email. The ticket will be canceled only after the amount refundable has been
confirmed via
“My Agent”.
